Gin + Campari + Lemon = the flavour of a fresh grapefruit zest!

Campari with gin is a well-known combination in classic cocktails, such as the Negroni. However, it is not so common that we see it in conjunction with citrus. The Jasmine is a hidden gem of a drink that is the perfect balance of citrus, gin and bitterness. Positively thirst-quenching!

Bartender’s Top Tips

Remember to chill your glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before you fill it, to keep your drink colder and fresher for longer.

Fine straining through a mesh strainer (like a tea strainer), removes all the small chips of ice to create a silky smooth texture.
