The 7k distillery was created with strong values on sustainable practices. The distillery was built entirely by hand out of old shipping containers by founder Tyler Clark. Aqua Vitae translates from ancient Latin as “water of life”, so you know that this gin is going to be exciting and reinvigorating for the palate, and indeed for the gin category.

Tasting notes
Nose
The first impression gives firm cacao nib bitter chocolate. Dig a little deeper, and you’ll find orange-mandarin notes, with some pine in the background.
Taste
Creamy vanilla which transitions into fresh fennel and river mint freshness. A little more time on the tongue and the juniper explodes with a huge fresh pine burst.
