South Australia is world renowned for the quality of its wine, specifically its old vine Grenache, which forms the basis of this delicious vermouth from Adelaide Hills Distillery.
This bottling is made with botanicals that have been imported from Torino (Turin, in Italy, the home of Italian vermouth) and which have aged in storage since the 1960s. The vermouth is given a distinctly Aussie edge with the addition of anise myrtle, quandong and finger lime.
Expect notes of dark chocolate, red berries and warming rooty spice.
