Tasting notes
Nose
Like walking into an old-fashioned sweet shop, with aromas of candied strawberry, vanilla, and peppery juniper. A little salted caramel comes later.
Taste
A buttery mouthfeel delivers pink peppercorn, sea spray, stewed berries, eucalyptus and piney juniper. Balanced nicely by earthy coriander.
