In 1988, Pam & Martin Brook bought a rundown dairy farm and regenerated it into a tropical rainforest by planting over 35,000 native trees. Of the whopping 25 botanicals in the gin, 17 are sourced locally - mostly from that rainforest. There is Painstaking attention to detail in this gin by renowned distiller Jim McEwan with fresh and delicate botanicals being steamed to extract the best flavour possible.

Opens with an interesting combination of citrus and earthy rhubarb. A little warming cinnamon spice ties it all together. As time goes on, it evolves into jammy red fruits with a juniper backbone.
Fresh raspberry and nutty macadamia dance around forest floor damp pine and eucalyptus. As the gin dries out on the tongue, you’re left with a combination of sweet liquorice root and warming ginger.
