Martin Miller created this gin in the late 90s when he was appalled by the quality of gin available at the time. No expense was spared, with this gin being distilled in a hundred-year-old copper still manufactured in 1903. Martin Miller pioneered the process of separate distillation with two different distillates blended to get the most out of all the botanicals, with the addition of pure Icelandic spring water.
