Rory from Nosferatu is anything but conventional when it comes to the gin he produces. It all starts with a dry gin distillation with three-stage orange infusion process and toasted Fenugreek. If you think that was it, think again. While cucumber and mint are the highlights, this gin also uses the mythical Mandrake root, which is purported to scream as it is removed from the ground. A pleasant gin base comes through initially with bright cedar, lime peel and a peppery uplift. Cucumber and mint add a fresh summery uplift.
Intense and warming on the palate, juniper comes through as damp pine, forest floor earthiness. With warming spice, the palate is more serious. Cucumber comes out to lighten the moderate spicy finish.
