Tasting notes
Nose
Warming with an outstanding balance of herb and spice - sage, bright juniper and refreshing caraway seed. Surprisingly citrussy given the lack of lemon peel, driven by fragrant coriander seed.
Taste
Juniper and abundant garden herbs sing with flavours of thyme, basil and rosemary. A little preserved lemon before finishing on sweet cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
