Seven Seasons Bush Apple is made using native bush apples, as an Aussie answer to the traditional English Sloe Gin style. Seven Seasons is created by Daniel Motlop, Larrakia man, with the company’s name inspired from the indigenous understanding of the seasons in the Northern Territory.

Tasting notes
Nose
Aromas of pink peppercorn, red berries, Aussie native flowers and gentle rooty spice rise to greet the drinker. A little mint and eucalyptus emerge later.
Taste
Light, with a candied apple sweetness, soon joined by sweet raspberries, fresh flowers, subtle anise and liquorice. There’s a constant undertone of subtle juniper.
